I've been living in & selling real estate in Boulder County & surrounding areas for 22+ years. I love what I do. I have a reputation for outstanding customer service & I treat every transaction as if it's the most important thing going on. My clients tell me they appreciate the hand holding & personal approach to real estate that I bring. I also like to have fun in the process. I work with investors, luxury clients, relocation client and first time buyers . I have a strong database of professionals that I'm happy to share with my clients, and my business is based on referral and repeat business.
I believe in giving back to the local community and spend my time volunteering with various organizations, senior centers, and with our local Hospice organization.
My foundation is grounded in being analytical yet engaging with my clients. I work to understand and anticipate your needs while gathering data that is specific to your situation. I pay attention to the details of every transaction, and fully understand the complexity of the industry so I can confidently inform my clients with solid information and advice.
I work with all buyers and sellers, and to me, it doesn't matter if it's a $150,000 condo, or a $5 million dollar luxury home – it's one of the biggest decisions for you! I have a Certified Luxury Home Designation which means I am properly trained to help you make the right decision when it comes to upper-tier residential properties.
I'm a cautious optimistic, but I believe that every client has distinct needs. So I don't believe in a one size fits all mentality, and I am a fierce advocate for my clients. With that understanding, I'll be sure to attend to every need as we work together to ensure you get the home you want.
