About Anita
The best advantage I can offer my clients is clear communication, a proactive and organized strategy, and bringing all of the players in our transaction together at the closing table harmoniously, on time, with no surprises.
My entire adult life has been about moving people from Point A to Point B. My earlier career was with Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts as an International Sales Manager. I helped companies plan events around the world ranging from Royal Ascot in London to a product launch for Coca-Cola in Japan, to REM’s Monster world tour. My last year with them I was the #1 worldwide salesperson.
In college I studied in Russia, Germany & Spain. With my own children, we have moved several times, including to Australia for a year few years, before settling permanently in the Front Range over a decade ago. I became a Realtor to help other families buy and sell homes within the Boulder and Denver areas, and have many happy clients that have become great friends along the way.
Since 2013 I have partnered with local companies (Google, Medtronic, Ball Aerospace and more) to relocate their employees to Colorado. I have also helped over 30 families fully relocate from overseas to Colorado and can work with a family over a year to navigate the process.
When it’s time to sell, I am confident I can guide you to the highest offers in the least amount of time. I am an Accredited Staging Professional and have access to a team of vendors, designers and luxurious furnishings to make your home shine.
